Refund Policy:

  2. Services Started but Not Completed:
    • In the case of services initiated but not completed, we will assess reimbursements on a case-by-case basis, considering the costs already incurred by ADVGenius to initiate the service.
  3. Services Completed:
    • Generally, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed. However, if the service does not meet the agreed specifications, we review refund requests individually to ensure customer satisfaction.
